All non-leather products must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. All leather products must be cancelled within 7 days from date of purchase.


Shipping and Turnaround Time

Non-leather items will be shipped out within 2 business days from order date. All leather items are made to order and take around 21 days to make depending on quantity of orders and customization of order. If you place an order with leather items and non-leather items you will receive two separate shipments.


Product Guarantee

All products are warranted for 60 days after a customer receives their purchase. Our guarantee stands if and only if the product has a manufactured defect and does not show signs of misuse (i.e. chewed, torn, dropped). Due to the fact that our products are used by animals, that cannot be watched at all times, we are not able to offer a longer guarantee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Our collars and leashes are made with top of the line materials by expert craftsmen. Occasionally small decorative pieces do wiggle loose when dogs are active and having fun. Wild Hound will replace these pieces for the lifetime of the product. This guarantee only covers crystals, acrylic stones and metal spots. No other piece of the collar is covered by this guarantee. Customers must send the collar back to us, at their own expense. Please contact us if you have any repairs that need to be made.

Refunds and Exchanges

Damaged Upon Arrival

If your order arrived damaged please contact us within 3 days of receiving your products. Please accompany your email to us with pictures of the damage and we will replace your product at no cost. Damaged item must be sent back to us before we send out the new product.

Non-Leather Items

Customers seeking to return non-leather products must return said items within 14 days from date of delivery. Product must be in new condition and show no signs of wear. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Leather Items

All leather items are made to order and are NON-RETURNABLE unless Wild Hound is at fault (see below). Correct sizing is the responsibility of the customer / owner. Reading listing details, to ensure accuracy, is also the responsibility of the customer / owner.


If a collar is too big or too small and it is due to the fault of Wild Hound Outfitters please contact us about the return process. We will create a new collar with the correct measurements.

Leather Collar Measuring Guidelines

Please measure in inches. Please measure your dog's neck snugly and use a fabric measuring tape. If you can slide a finger in between the measuring tape and your dog's neck, it is too loose. If you are pinching their neck or folding skin it is too tight. When measuring a dog with long hair, leave the hair as it would lay when he/she would be wearing a collar. If you like your dog's collar to be VERY loose please add 1" to the measurement. If not, order the size that you get from your measurement. The collar will be created where the first hole is the size that you order and then there are three more holes. A total of four holes spacing 2 1/4" apart. If you have a growing dog and would like help on the measurement process please message us and we will talk about what size to purchase. DO NOT MEASURE YOUR DOG'S CURRENT COLLAR TO OBTAIN A MEASUREMENT. All items are made to order and are NON-RETURNABLE unless Wild Hound is at fault.



Color Variations

Colors seen on screen may vary. Color variances are due to computer graphics card and leather dye lots. Each lot of leather may slightly differ from one to another. There is no guarantee that we will receive the exact same shade as we have ordered before.
